  • Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery or order issue.

  • Requests made after 1 hour may not be eligible for review.

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your request is received, Fykko will review it and contact the vendor to verify the issue.

  • If the vendor approves the refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

  • Refund approval and processing depend on the vendor’s policy.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Incorrect, damaged, or missing items

  • Failed or incomplete deliveries

  • Quality or service issues approved by the vendor

Fykko acts as a platform between users and vendors, and the final decision on any refund request is made by the vendor.
