    • Delivery is subject to the availability of vendors and delivery partners in the user’s area.

    • Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of order placement and depend on the vendor's preparation time and delivery partner availability.

    • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors may occur.

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Delivery charges may vary based on the order amount, distance, and vendor policies.

    • Applicable charges will be displayed before confirming the order.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Users can track their orders in real-time through the Fykko app. Notifications will be sent at each stage of the delivery process.

  • Failed Deliveries:

    • A delivery may fail if the recipient is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect. In such cases:

      • The user may be charged for the order, including delivery fees.

      • Users are advised to ensure accurate address details and availability during the delivery window.

  • Handling of Perishable Items:

    • For perishable goods, it is the user’s responsibility to receive the order promptly to maintain product quality.
