1. General
1.1 Fykko provides a technology platform that connects users with independent vendors for food, grocery, and pharmacy delivery services in Mahasamund.
1.2 Fykko does not produce, store, or sell any goods directly. All products and services are provided by third-party vendors.
1.3 By using the Fykko app, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while placing orders.
2.2 Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact details.
2.3 Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activity or abuse, is strictly prohibited.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
3.1 Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, preparation, and availability of products listed on the platform.
3.2 Vendors must possess all required licenses and comply with applicable laws (e.g., FSSAI license for food, drug license for pharmacy).
3.3 Fykko is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from vendor-related matters such as delays, product quality, or compliance failures.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by vendors.
4.2 Users must make payments through the methods available on the app. Payments are processed securely.
4.3 Orders once placed may not be canceled if preparation or delivery has started.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Fykko’s control.
5.2 Users are responsible for being available at the delivery location during the specified time.
5.3 Fykko does not guarantee availability of delivery partners in all areas at all times.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refund requests must be made directly through the app.
6.2 Refund eligibility is subject to the vendor’s approval and Fykko’s policies.
6.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business hour.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Fykko acts solely as a facilitator between users and vendors. We do not control or guarantee any product or service provided by the vendors.
7.2 Fykko is not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from vendor actions, delivery delays, incorrect orders, or product quality.
7.3 Fykko shall not be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized sale or delivery of restricted goods (e.g., prescription-only drugs without a valid prescription).
8. Termination
8.1 Fykko reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
9. Updates to Terms
9.1 Fykko reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh.
